Balancing

RESOURCES NEEDED:

~ Park or during a walk outside

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. When in the park or on a walk, find objects such as fences, benches, or logs to practise balancing on.

2. Start by holding your childs hand, to boost their confidence.

3. As they get more confident in themselves, encourage them to balance independently.

4. Just make sure you are nearby them in case they get the wobbles!
